At Dancing Lighthouse, we have always believed in the power of live training sessions. We often get requests for "experiential workshops" from companies either on a standalone basis or as part of their internal meets (e.g., Annual #Kickoff Meetings, #SalesMeets, #AOP Meets, etc.). We ensure that these workshops are designed and executed with specific goals in mind, while creating many memorable moments for participants.Here are some glimpses from one such recent experiential workshop conducted by our Cofounder Sonali Ghosh for a multinational vegetable seeds company as part of their national meet of business enablers. The backwaters-blessed environs of Kumarakom provided the perfect setting for this #offsite gathering. The capability of #LargeLanguageModels (#LLM) is finding numerous expressions with tools like #ChatGPT. One of the crucial challenges that these tools are helping overcome is the dread of staring at a blank sheet of paper or a screen. The tools provide a great starting point whether one is writing text, creating a structure for content, researching something or writing code. And there are new efforts to further mitigate this fear of the blank! The sky was overcast--normal for a June Mumbai morning--but the faces in the training room were sunny! Dancing Lighthouse had been invited by Magic Bus India Foundation to conduct a daylong training-cum-workshop for their new batch of MT's. Our #campustocorporate transition workshops are often included in #onboarding #training by companies across sectors. An interesting feature of this workshop that had been customised to the exact needs of Magic Bus, was that some participants were in Mumbai and the rest in Delhi. Our Cofounder Sonali Ghosh conducted the session. "The enthusiastic participation by the youngsters made sure that the energy in the room was always electrifying. The seamless video conferencing infrastructure at the Magic Bus office made the #hybrid training experience a pleasure for me as well as the real and virtual participants," she expressed later.We wish these young catalysts a fulfilling journey in their careers.
