Nope! For the scholarship you can't apply in the middle of the tenure. For scholarships you have to apply in the 1st year of your course and after that you have to renew the scholarship application by providing necessary details to the the web portal of the scholarship. So now in the 2nd year you can't apply for the scholarship.
