1: You must find a soulmate and marry them before you have your first baby.
2: The soulmate or Pregnant woman, must have a job to supply the children’s needs.
3: Adopting does not count.
THE LAST RULE IS ONE PARENT MUST STAY HOME AND THE MOTHER WILL STAY HOME WHEN A Newborn is born.
