Clean and highly professional

Had my first session with Sarah for tattoo removal, I am extremely impressed. She walked me through the entire process, made me feel comfortable, and was highly professional the entire time. Today, the shop is best known for masterpiece-worthy designs of various tattoos. This is the place you’ll go to if you want intricately-detailed Japanese tattoos or sophisticated finelines on your body.

Consultation in this shop is free, but you do need a $50-100 deposit if you wish to go ahead. Walk-ins are also entertained as long as the tattoo artist is available to accommodate you.

But, not all tattoo artists are open to accept walk-in clients. The best thing to do is to call them up and see if the artist you want is available.

In our opinion, this shop is best for people who are getting tattooed for the very first time. We found that their general consultation is very informative, with the artist explaining every step of the process.

On top of that, they also offer popular designs that help beginners pick easily. They can do full-body, full-colored, full-arm, and head tattoos depending on the style you need.

Will be back!

Went into the shop as a first time client, 100% leaving as a return/future client. Brian Daka was the artist I was booked with. This wasn’t my first tattoo, and he respected that, and still chose to go above and beyond to make sure I was cool with everything before getting started. Brian was super diligent with cleaning, and disinfecting, and took additional time to make sure I was comfortable before starting.

His lines were beautiful, his personal judgement on size and placement were dead on, and he even did a second tattoo for me with zero questions asked, no pain, super awesome chair side manner, all around best experience compared to previous shops.

The first thing that you’ll notice once you enter their studio is the spotless environment– which is very important in order to keep your skin safe when getting a tattoo.

Their artists are also friendly and skilled in a variety of different tattoo styles. You can ask for designs with realism mixed with delicate new school, black and grey illustrative pieces, and high saturation colour pieces.

The studio also accepts walk-in clients, and should they be fully-booked for the day, you can also book an appointment at a date that best works for you.

However, be informed that they require deposits for appointments. They’re also closed during Mondays, so obviously you can’t book on those dates.

North York Ink is a boutique tattoo studio found in the heart of the district they’re located at.

Their location allows those residing in the area and even passerby’s get quality tattoos and piercings.

What we like about this tattoo studio is the clean and comfortable environment they provide and this makes us feel safe while availing of their services.

Their tattooers constantly push the limits of their creativity and we think their work is fantastic.

Not only is their work amazing, but so is their customer service. We like how they’re ever so patient with their clients when they have questions about the process

This place has turned out to be our go-to and one we’ll come back to for more tattoos.

They also have piercing and scalp micro pigmentation services and they’re just as great as their tattoo service.

Our experience with them has been delightful, but we’ve come across complaints from past clients about, despite their great service and work, it was difficult to book an appointment with them and got slow replies to emails. We hope they work on this.
