A recent survey by Hays Middle East showed that 73% of employers in the UAE expect their companies to increase salaries by 5%- up from 37% in 2021, The National reports. Maintaining employee engagement and integrating new hires remotely are some of the challenges companies will face in 2022, according to the report.
