It can in a sense be termed as one of the hidden search engines on the clearnet I suppose, for the reason that it is a search engine for .onion links, which are hidden on the Clearnet and can be browsed only on the Tor network!

On the homepage, you get two options; “Onion Network” and “Standard Network”. You need to select “Onion Network” if you’re trying to access websites which are on the .onion network.
The search engines obviously isn’t illegal but it does index potentially illegal websites on its onion network database.
It shows the online/offline status of each displayed URL on the result page! Unfortunately, quite a few results are duplicated (from the same primary domain).

It has laid off all the common problems that most darkweb search engines have, and has implemented most of the desirable features.
For starters, there are no logs, cookies or JavaScript, obviously. But, my persona favorite feature it groups mirror pages. Meaning, you wouldn’t be seeing the same URL a dozen times and that’s very rare on these search engines.
Darknet sites often go offline, don’t they? It automatically monitors and removes offline links. Also, you don’t have to worry about accidentally clicking on an illegal p*rn link, QUO automatically deletes them off its database.
Another advanced feature is that it supports the “site:” prefix just like Google (never use Google.) It lets you search for strings on specific sites directly.
As of today, it has a 1,000,000+ results and over 20,000 unique sites in its database. It also has an A.I based relevancy check for all the sites in its database.

What makes it truly special is its grading system. It grades each URL in its database based on “Influence”, “Popularity”, “Flow” and “Spread”. With each result, it also displays if the website is using JavaScript and if there are any errors on the page.
The last update date of each page too is mentioned. It pulls the tagline/smaller keywords for each domain along with a meta description. Obviously, the meta description isn’t very useful and is mostly jumbled words.
